Terms and Conditions of Al-Taqweem for Administrative Consultancy
(Based on the Jordanian Labor Law No. 8 of 1996, the Personal Data Protection Law upon its issuance or its draft version, and other regulations related to employment services.)
These terms and conditions serve as an agreement between the recruitment company, referred to as Al-Taqweem for Administrative Consultancy, and its clients and candidates. The company is committed to providing its services under applicable Jordanian laws, particularly the Jordanian Labor Law.
Definitions
Company: Refers to the licensed recruitment agency authorized to provide search and employment services under the Jordanian Labor Law.
Client: Refers to the employer (company, institution, or individual) who uses the company’s services to hire personnel.
Candidate: Refers to the individual presented to the client for a specific job.
Agreement: Includes all terms stipulated in this document and any contracts signed between the parties.
Scope of Services
The company is committed to providing employee or worker search services according to the client’s needs and job requirements.
All services provided are subject to approval by the Jordanian Ministry of Labor, including local and international recruitment when applicable.
Client Obligations
1.Legal Licenses: The client guarantees they have all necessary legal licenses to run their business in Jordan.
2.Accurate Data: The client must provide a clear and written job description, including job requirements, salary, and working hours.
3.Legal Compliance: The client must follow the Jordanian Labor Law, including minimum wage and fair working conditions.
4.Fees: The client is obliged to pay the agreed-upon fees according to the schedule outlined in the contract.
Company Obligations
1.Candidate Selection: The company selects qualified candidates based on the job requirements.
2.Legal Compliance: The company adheres to Jordanian laws related to employment and data protection.
3.Confidentiality: The company ensures the confidentiality of client and candidate data and does not use it for purposes outside the scope of the provided services.
4.Legal Verification: The company guarantees that all candidates have the necessary legal permits to work in Jordan if needed.
Client Obligations
1.Legal Licenses: The client guarantees they have all necessary legal licenses to run their business in Jordan.

4.Fees: The client is obliged to pay the agreed-upon fees according to the schedule outlined in the contract.
Fees and Payments
1.Fee Schedule: Fees for company services, including search, recruitment, and more services, are agreed upon in advance. A fee of 20 Jordanian dinars is charged once a job interview is arranged, which is considered completion of the recruitment process. The company is not responsible for the interview outcome.
2.Payment Terms: The client must pay the fees within the specified period as outlined in the signed contract.
3.Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable except in cases agreed upon in advance:
A full refund (100%) if requested within 14 days of the transaction,A 90% refund if requested between 15 and 90 days after the transaction, No refund is permitted after 90 days from the transaction date.
Employment Guarantee and Candidate Replacement
If the candidate withdraws or does not meet job requirements during the legally specified probation period (90 days), the company is obliged to provide a replacement candidate at no added cost.
The client must fulfill financial obligations to ensure the replacement service.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
The company handles all personal data following Jordanian data protection laws.
Data is not shared with third parties without written consent from the data owners.
Amendments
The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
